2019 XXX L'Étranger

This XXX immediately transports everyone to the motherland of Syrah, to France, more precisely to the Côte-Rôtie. It welcomes the wine drinker with spicy notes of white and black pepper, which combine with red fruits such as blackcurrant and sour cherry. In the mouth, tannin and acidity combine to give the wine an intense, salty and very long finish.

Recommendation: A powerful partner to duck breast on orange sauce or entrecôte on a bed of rocket with Parmesan shavings, a taste sensation with a spicy vegetable pan.
