As we are a marketplace and your delivery is sent directly by the respective winemaker or WINECOM partner, it is possible that you will receive your order in partial deliveries. You can see the number of deliveries in the shopping cart or in your customer account In addition to your orders, you also have an overview of the tracking numbers.
The regular shipping time is max. 3-5 working days (Germany, Austria).
For Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Hungary the regular shipping time is max. 4-6 working days.
For Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland the regular shipping time is max. 5-7 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID at the e-mail address you used. You can also track your order at any time in your customer account at any time in your customer account.
Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation is not yet possible.
Returns & refunds
If you would like to return an order, please contact us with our customer service.
We will of course bear the costs of the return shipment. It does not matter whether the wine has a fault or simply does not suit your taste.
Once we have received and successfully checked your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for payment within five working days.
