2021 Viognier

The Foundry Viognier 2021 has a bright, clear and luminous color with a pronounced greenish tint. The nose reveals restrained aromas of citrus, jasmine and sea breeze, which nevertheless remain elegant and perfumed. These aromas continue on the palate, which is crisp, straightforward and refined, with crushed, fresh fruit, juicy succulence and a mineral, steely finish that makes this wine an ideal accompaniment to food. A natural acidity structure pervades the wine, providing freshness and concentration.
