2021 Vigna Santa Margherita BIO 1.5l

The wine has a light straw-yellow color with green reflections. It opens with a fragrant bouquet of white flower blossoms. Aromas of apricot, white peach and melon alternate on a mineral, acidic, almost salty background, with a hint of fresh aromatic herbs. It is crisp on the palate, with lively acidity and, especially on the finish, a particularly salty taste reminiscent of crushed oyster shells and thus reminiscent of the sea.

Recommendation: Santa Margherita goes well with fish dishes such as shellfish, raw fish, sushi, seafood, white fish, oysters, white fish and white meat, but also with vegetarian dishes or pasta and risotto. Serve at 11 to 12 degrees Celsius.
