2016 Tarón Reserva

Ruby red, intense color with violet reflections. The bouquet is wonderfully complex, with aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, dried plums, dates, some meaty notes, aromas of dark chocolate, liquorice and a hint of coffee. The wine is perfectly balanced on the palate, tasting fruity with pronounced roasted aromas and soft, fully ripe tannins. The finish is concentrated, intense and long.

Recommendation: Serve at 18 degrees Celsius, preferably decanted, goes very well with hearty meat dishes, braised rabbit with rosemary, but also with spicy Manchego. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2032.
