2019 Skool Steen

This is the first vintage in which we have bottled the wine from this parcel separately. The wine expresses the typical chenin blanc aromas found in Swartland wines. Yellow stone fruit, good texture, freshness and fruit concentration are the norm for this site. This wine is not released annually.
The winemaking is quite simple when working with fantastic grapes from old vineyards. The total yield of the vineyard is about 3 tons per hectare. The grapes are pressed and transferred to older barrels for fermentation and maturation. Bottles produced: 1,520.
