The Fairview Shiraz flows into the glass in a dark ruby red. The intense aroma of blackcurrants, dried cranberries, spices and wild herbs fills the nose. Red fruit notes characterize the taste of the red wine and are accompanied by light spicy nuances. The Fairview Shiraz matured for 20 months in French and American oak and is an excellent accompaniment to aromatic dishes, dark meat or game.
