Multi-layered aromas of black cherry, dried fig, cocoa, tar and cedar, while undertones of dill and rose petal add further interest. The grippy tannins give the wine a muscular structure and backbone. The palate is fruit-driven, with lush flavors of red currant, dried apricot and anise seed. A wonderfully juicy and succulent wine with lingering notes of ripe red berries on the finish.
