Scheurebe is a typical aromatic grape variety with a very pronounced aroma of wild currant, grapefruit and mango, accompanied by the scent of honey. Very complex on the palate with a nice acidity/sweetness ratio. Ideal with fish dishes or beautiful summer salads.
