The full malolactic adds a vanilla cream character that results in a round and full-bodied style. After about two years on the lees, there are notes of freshly baked bread and pastries that underline the fruity style of the wine. Ripe aromas with notes of green melon, almond and green tea that linger for a long time. Refreshing and pleasantly balanced!
