2021 Sancerre Blanc Le Loup 0.375l

Pale yellow with silver reflections, bright. Intense, aromatic bouquet with ripe peach, fine floral aromas, white flowers and nuances of citrus fruit. The palate reveals wonderful mineral tones with fine spice and beautiful fruit. The texture is wonderfully creamy and the minerality adds even more complexity. The finish is intense and long.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-12 degrees Celsius, it is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, starters, vitello tonnato, veal tartare and fine asparagus dishes. Creamy, medium-bodied cheese also goes very well with it. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2026.
