2023 Sancerre Blanc La Poussie

Greenish yellow with silver reflections in the glass, aromatic bouquet with typical notes of gooseberries, passion fruit, lime and fresh herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh, wonderfully fruity with a creamy core, mineral notes and good length.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9-12 degrees Celsius, it is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, starters, vitello tonnato, veal tartare and fine asparagus dishes. Creamy, medium-bodied cheese also goes very well with it. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2029.
