Bright yellow with silver reflections, shiny in the glass. The bouquet is intense and complex, with varietal aromas of gooseberries, limes, herbs and ripe exotic fruits, passion fruit. On the palate, it presents its elegance with a juicy melt, mineral notes, lively acidity and fine spice.

Recommendation: Serve at 10 degrees Celsius as an aperitif, goes very well with grilled crustaceans and shellfish, fried fish, sole saltimbocca, roast veal and fine poultry. Creamy, fresh white cheese also goes very well with this wine. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2024.
