2021 Saint-Véran

A wine that makes you shine! Stylistically similar to Pouilly-Fuissé with its golden hue, green reflections and refreshing taste. The aromas are reminiscent of a ripe Chardonnay grape, with slight hints of musk. Very pleasant and enveloping on the palate.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 12 degrees Celsius. The wine goes very well with fried fish dishes, e.g. fried sole with creamy porcini mushroom risotto, as well as white meat and medium-strong cheese. Optimal drinking maturity now until 2025.
