Dark, ruby red color with violet reflections. The bouquet is very complex, red berries, ripe cherry, black pepper, some cinnamon, delicate hints of oak. On the palate it is round, lively, pleasantly fruity, accompanied by raspberries and vanilla. The wine is soft with velvety tannins. Very well balanced.
Recommendation: At 16 degrees Celsius, with game birds, roast beef and Provençal cuisine. We recommend drinking this wine until 2031.
