2017 S. E. Cabernet Sauvignon dry

Deep garnet red with intense aromas of dark fruits, mocha, some coconut and herbs, powerful on the palate, with well-structured tannins. Multi-layered, complex and densely woven.

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 18 degrees Celsius, goes well with spicy dishes with dark meat, braised ox cheeks with mashed potatoes and truffles, roasted game birds, grilled roast beef and mature hard cheese. Optimal drinking maturity 2020 to 2028.
