2021 Red slate Riesling dry

Cuvée from the Johannisberg, Steinrossel and Roxheimer Berg. Lush floral scent and lychee. Melting minerality and great fullness on the palate. Expansive and long on the finish.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, goes well with spicy dishes with roasted poultry, fish, sea bream fried on the skin with fine risotto, spicy vegetable dishes and medium-ripe soft cheeses. We recommend drinking this wine until 2025.
