Delicate red berries and a touch of tropical fruit, fine acidity, fruity and uncomplicated.
For this rosé we use Zweigelt - and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Tattendorf vineyards. The blue grapes are gently processed and pressed after a short maceration period. This gives us this beautiful color. The must is then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness. After fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled as a fruity, dry and easy-drinking rose.
