Delicate peach blossom and redcurrant on the nose. A hint of pink grapefruit on the tongue; the wonderful herbs of the garrigue on the palate; you can feel a light sea breeze on your lips - just enough to make you notice it; perfect balance between crisp acidity and fine aromas. Slightly mineral and almost vibrant on the finish.
