The Carte Blanche has aromas of sweet, ripe fruit (baked apples) and intense flowers (broom) as well as hints of caramelized almonds and marzipan. The higher dosage is very well integrated by the stimulating acidity and the long maturation period.
Recommendation: An ideal companion for festive occasions or to celebrate the day, with egg cream dishes, almonds or desserts prepared with honey.
