2022 Rödelseer Küchenmeister Sylvaner

Bright light yellow in the glass. A clear, juicy Silvaner with floral aromas and the scent of pome fruit. Very lively on the palate, beautiful tension between the fine fruit aromas (gooseberry), intense minerality, a filigree, perfectly fitting acidity and the fine melt. One of the classics of the world, the dry Sylvaner from the Rüdelsee vineyards. Even this basic Sylvaner impressively displays the minerality, tension and drinking pleasure so characteristic of Welt wines. Very successful!

Recommendation: Well chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, it goes very well with fine asparagus dishes, roasted poultry with herbs, veal medallions with mashed potatoes and braised savoy cabbage. We recommend enjoying this wine young!
