The sparkling wine's mousse is very intense, with a fine bubbles that find their finale on the palate. The aroma is similar to that of Riesling. A fine sweetness is clearly noticeable on the tip of the tongue, which slightly pushes the Riesling's typical acidity character into the background, but in no way makes it disappear. This sparkling wine is perfect for an aperitif.
