This Riesling impresses with an exceptional flavor profile that clearly stands out from classic Rieslings. It presents a harmoniously balanced, subtle acidity that blends perfectly with the powerful aromas of ripe stone fruits such as peaches and apricots. Fresh berry aromas lend the wine a fruity lightness. The influence of the wooden barrel brings a fine texture and additional depth, while an elegant, long finish completes the taste experience.
Spontaneous fermentation, hand-picked, 9 months in barrique.
