Salty, straightforward and penetrating, some creaminess typical of the region on the palate, then lots of ripe lemon juice, lots of ripe white stone fruit, very dry, but also fascinatingly complex, characterized by a great arc of tension and lots of energy, with a frame of juicy citrus fruit.
Recommendation: Goes well with asparagus salad with quinoa, fruity endive salad or fried trout with ginger pear.
