Vegetal nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas and dried floral traces. Almost calm, restrained, not quite dry fruit, herbaceous-vegetable and delicate floral nuances, matching acidity, very slightly muted finish.

Leopold and Mateo von Veltheim are the two founders of Baron Veltheim.
Mateo comes from an old family of winegrowers, so he was literally born into the cradle of wine. Growing up on his parents' vineyard in Rheinhessen, he spent the last three years studying at the renowned Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences, during which time he created his first own wines. He looks after the vineyards with loving dedication and ensures that everything runs smoothly. From the vine to the bottle, so to speak.
Leopold is an entrepreneur from Munich and knows exactly how a good wine should taste. Thanks to his excellent international network and his many years of experience in the upscale restaurant and hotel industry, he is the perfect representative for Baron Veltheim and takes care of all commercial matters and sales.
