2021 Ried Sandberg Sauvignon Blanc

Bright greenish yellow. Youthful gooseberry aroma. Some black cumin on the palate with elegant herbal spice, noticeable salinity. Delicate aftertaste of blackcurrant (cassis). Delicately spicy, rich quartz minerality, characterized by lively acidity. Certain aging potential.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, goes very well with starters, Caesar salad with grilled poultry strips, creamy risotto with braised vegetables, fried fish and mild cheeses. We recommend drinking this wine until 2024.
