Paulina’s Reserve Old Vine Cinsault 2022

The Rickety Bridge Paulina's Reserve Old Vine Cinsault was made from grapes from 70-year-old vines. The result: a complex red wine that reveals fine notes of cherries and redcurrants on the nose, surrounded by fynbos. The Rickety Bridge Paulina's Reserve Old Vine Cinsault is aromatic and wonderfully balanced on the palate and the pleasant tannins give the red wine a lovely mouthfeel. Rickety Bridge Paulina's Reserve Old Vine Cinsault is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to Asian dishes. The combination with seared tuna is also highly recommended.
