This vineyard has been cultivated under this name for over 200 years. Vines over 40 years old and sandy, chalky soil produce an elegant but fruity Weinviertel DAC Reserve. Notes of white pepper and light pome fruit, with a creamy finish.
Recommendation: Serve chilled at 9 degrees Celsius, it is a great accompaniment to fried fish or poultry, seafood as well as hearty snack platters and medium-bodied cheese.
