Raumland Cassis Frizzante

"Secco meets blackcurrant" - that's the motto of Cuvée Cassis Frizzante. The flavored, wine-based drink was matured 100% in stainless steel and is made from cuvée blackcurrant juice from 2021.

This somewhat different Secco presents itself with intense aromas of freshly pressed cassis, accompanied by notes of red wild apples and summery wild roses. The palate has equally intense aromas of freshly picked fruit: tart red gooseberries, sweet grapefruit zest and tangy blood orange juice. This fruity, juicy combination is underlined by the fine perlage and makes the Cassis Frizzante a very special companion in the glass!

Recommendation: We recommend this wine with chicken, roast duck or hard cheese. Decant with pleasure.
