Intense red, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Blackcurrant, elderberry and hibiscus, elegant wood notes, dark chocolate, bitter orange. Juicy and ripe, subtle extract sweetness, well-integrated, present tannins, lingers, a powerful mineral food companion with a long finish.

Recommendation: The ideal accompaniment to grilled dishes such as flank steak or rack of lamb, but also to intense braised dishes such as wild boar ragout or roast game birds. Also great "solo" at special moments.
