2020 Pinotage Terroir Selection BIO

This Pinotage matured for 10 months in new (30%) and second-use (70%) French barriques. Deep, dark ruby red with a youthful, violet rim. Juicy bouquet of red fruits and gentle wood tones. Soft, distinctly spicy fruit on the palate with hints of red cherries, blackcurrants and blueberries. Beautifully integrated soft tannins, plenty of fullness with balanced acidity and a firm structure.

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 17 degrees Celsius with braised wild boar, roasted game birds or strong hard cheese. We recommend drinking this wine until 2031.
