Expressive, complex, deep bouquet. Aromas of flowers, yellow fruits (quinces, mirabelle plums), plus plum and fine licorice. A beautiful mineral note that continues on the palate. Impressively dense, with invigorating, well-integrated acidity, beautiful interplay of fruit (ripe apple, yellow fruit, mirabelle plum, plum, dried fruit, sweet almonds) and acidity, full-bodied, beautiful mellowness and a long finish.

Recommendation: This wine goes perfectly with lynx soup, spinach gratin with almonds or lemon-chili chicken with bulgur.
