Petite Sirah 2021

The Fairview Petite Sirah is a powerful, dark red that pours into the glass. Multi-layered aromas of plums, cassis, dried olives and liquorice unfold on the nose and the red wine, which has matured for 24 months in French and American oak, is full-bodied and complex on the palate. Notes of black tea and dried fruit are accompanied by warm spicy notes. The good tannin structure and long-lasting finish make the Fairview Petite Sirah a perfect pleasure. This red wine is best served with dark meat, game or savory dishes, but it is also a treat on its own.
