The Paserene Elements Dark flows into the glass in a beautiful ruby red and exudes a wonderful aroma of plums, spices and chocolate. On the palate, these fine aromas are complemented by a lovely cinnamon note. This red wine with its pleasant structure has matured for 22 months in French oak and is a delight on its own or with dark meat dishes, duck or pasta.
