The Neethlingshof 1802 Collection Cabernet Sauvignon matured for eighteen months in French oak and has great development potential. However, this multi-layered wine is already a great pleasure and is an excellent accompaniment to aromatic dishes with dark meat or grilled chicken with a herb crust.
