2018 Nebu Cabernet Shiraz

Rich, dark purple, almost like ink, with a bright, deep purple hue. Cabernet dominates the nose, rich and powerful. Lots of cassis and chocolate mint up front, with beautifully integrated layers of smoked meat and tobacco leaf. There is no holding back on the palate, the fruit is rich and powerful. Dark, red fruits dominate the mid-palate, with notes of chocolate in the background. Excellently balanced with warm spice and sweet vanilla, influenced by the use of oak and a firm tannin structure.

Recommendation: Temperate to 16°C. Goes well with beef, lamb or poultry.
