2019 Misgav Viognier

Viognier, one of the traditional grape varieties from the Rhône, which produces powerful wines with a strong character, finds excellent conditions in the Mediterranean climate on the well-drained soils with red earth at the Kishor winery to reveal all its characteristics. Straw yellow in the glass, it has intense aromas of ripe pear with a hint of ginger on the nose, ripe peach and nectarine on the palate with a fresh citrus note on the finish. The Viognier Misgav is full and smooth on the palate, the fruit flavors are complemented by subtle spicy notes.

Recommendation: Dense and complex in structure, it is an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish and seafood, but also to hearty roast lamb or spicy poultry dishes. An extremely exciting Viognier that you should definitely try.
