2020 Max Reserva Shiraz

Dark red with violet reflections. Very complex on the nose, intense aromas of cassis, cherries, black and white pepper, plus some eucalyptus and dark chocolate. Great structure on the palate with a velvety tannin framework, intense fruit, wonderful acidity and wonderful length. A great wine with potential!

Recommendation: Serve at 17 degrees Celsius, goes well with roast rabbit, game and roast beef, but also duck with teriyaki sauce or medium-ripe cheese. We recommend drinking this wine until 2027.
