2021 Max Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright garnet red with violet reflections, intense aromas of black and red fruits, cherry, cassis, spicy notes with aromas of cinnamon, clove and vanilla, caramel and dark chocolate on the finish, dense and long with soft tannins. For the Max Reserva wines, the hand-picked grapes are carefully macerated, fermented and matured for 13 months in mainly French barriques.

Recommendation: Serve at 18 degrees Celsius, goes very well with hearty, spicy dishes with roast lamb, beef or veal, grilled vegetables or mature mountain cheese, e.g. Comté. Enjoy this wonderful Cabernet until 2028.
