The Mare White is a cuvée of Marsanne and French Colombard and already presents a fine saltiness on the nose with herbal and spicy notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean. The palate is wonderfully fresh and wonderfully light, the aromas of thyme, lime and rosemary play on the taste buds, while the moderate acidity and low alcohol content underline the liveliness of this wine. On the finish, the wine has a fine mineral note with a hint of sage - that is pure Mediterranean feeling.
