2018 Malbec Andeluna Pasionado

Dark ruby red color, bright. The nose has a complex bouquet with floral aromas, violets and black forest berries. On the palate, it is powerful, voluminous with velvety tannins and a long, luscious finish.

Recommendation: Enjoy the wine at a drinking temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius and open one to two hours beforehand, preferably decanted, with fillet of beef, lamb or game - roasted briefly with braised vegetables and a strong roast gravy. Matured hard cheese made from raw milk or aromatic semi-soft cheese also go very well with this wine. We recommend enjoying the wine from now until 2040.
