BLUEBERRY | CASSIS | JUICINESS
Our first Frühburgunder red wine has been bottled. It matured for two years in French oak barrique barrels and was allowed to develop.
The nose is full of dark fruits such as blueberries, blackcurrants and blackberries, somewhat more intense and fruity than our Pinot Noir. There are also a few roasted notes, cedar wood and spicy aromas such as cardamom and cloves. The palate is juicy and fruity, with a fresh acidity, the juiciness and therefore the drinking flow is incredibly high and animating. The berry fruit fills the whole mouth, so crisp, fresh, playful, really chic. The wine remains wonderfully cool and precise.
