2020 Las Pizarras Syrah

The 2020 vintage of Las Pizarras Syrah has a deep and intense purple-red color. Las Pizarras Syrah shows intriguing tones reminiscent of dark cherries and blueberries and a soft tone of violets, roasted coffee beans and cedar wood, framed by a subtle smoky note. The palate reveals aromas of fresh black fruits and sour cherries, with a hint of Cuban cigars. Fine and elegant tannins, an elegant wine with a soft and enveloping texture, characterized by its good structure and fresh acidity. A wine with great depth and length.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with grilled red meat and roasted meat dishes. Enjoy this wine until 2032.
