2020 Las Pizarras Pinot Noir

Las Pizarras Pinot Noir 2020 shows a clear ruby red color with beautiful violet reflections. On the palate it unfolds with complexity and the nose is dominated by fresh red fruits, blueberries, blueberries and floral notes reminiscent of citrus fruits, sweet spices and some toasted bread. A very well-structured wine with elegant and fine tannins. It also shows an admirable balance between fullness and length, culminating in a harmonious and very persistent finish.

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 16-18 degrees Celsius, ideal with game dishes, fillet of beef with a strong jus and black truffles, or mature cheese. Optimal drinking maturity 2023-2040+.
