2021 Langhe Rosso Monsordo

Dark ruby red with violet reflections, bright in the glass. It presents itself with a lush fruit aroma, it smells of wild berries, cassis, red plums, hints of spices such as cloves, pepper and some tobacco underline the fruit. It is exceptionally fresh, spicy and very complex on the palate. Its long finish is accompanied by pleasant ripe tannins.

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 16 degrees Celsius, goes well with pasta with porcini mushrooms or ragout, roast wild boar or mature cheese.
