Juicy raspberries, ripe strawberries and a hint of blackcurrants unfold on the nose, accompanied by fine herbal notes such as thyme and rosemary as well as a floral hint of violets; on the palate, the wine is supple and lively with juicy cherry fruit, a subtle spiciness of white pepper and nutmeg as well as a fine herbal freshness reminiscent of garrigue; an elegant minerality remains noticeable on the finish, accompanied by delicate roasted notes, a hint of licorice and a refreshing, fine acidity structure.
