Our Sauvignon Blanc Gutswein has a light yellow structure with green reflections at the edge of the glass. A wild, green aroma of green peppers, gooseberries and juicy green grass is tamed by the influence of tropical fruits standing gently in the background. The Sauvignon Blanc expresses itself as a very fresh and light white wine with an equally fine spicy texture.
