2019 Kai Carmenere

Deep and intense purple-red color. Aromas of wild berries, paprika, incense and ripe fruit dominate the nose, with black cherry flavors and a note of Cuban cigar box on the palate. The 2019 KAI begins soft and velvety and then envelops the palate with a feeling of freshness and caresses it with a smoothness of very grainy tannins.

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 16-18 degrees Celsius, ideal with game dishes, fillet of beef with a strong jus and black truffles, or mature cheese. Optimal drinking maturity 2023-2030+.
