2018 Jonathan's Ridge

Deep dark, purple-red color with violet reflections. The bouquet is initially fruity with a wonderfully pronounced roasted aroma, it smells of plum, cassis, notes of spices with black pepper, allspice and clove. Hints of cedar wood and traces of coffee beans. On the palate, the wine presents itself with an impressive texture, concentrated fruit and present, ripe tannins. The finish is intense, spicy and very long.

Recommendation: Serve decanted at 17 degrees Celsius, goes very well with braised game, roasted game birds and strong hard cheeses. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2027.
