2023 Herrenberg Riesling GG

This wine clearly shows its origins on the nose. In addition to the herbal spice and slate minerality so typical of Grünhaus, there are aromas of ripe pome fruit such as quince, pears and apples and citrus fruits such as lime, pomelo and white grapefruit. On the palate, it surprises with its clarity and elegance. The aromas of citrus fruits can be found again and are paired with a noticeable saltiness. Nuances of woodruff and Assam tea give it the typical spiciness of the Herrenberg and make it a profound and complex wine.
